Every 3 days the AI reviewer reads the bets that resolved or opened in the window (counted as unique bets, one per market and outcome), the rejected signals, the 7/30-day context and the running shadow experiments against their parents, and writes a post-mortem. It never changes a parameter itself; a proposal becomes a shadow experiment with one click, up to 5 active at a time.
